Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CozyPrints3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit cozyprints3d.com (the “Site”).

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, leave a comment or use the contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name and email address, and the content of your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Our server, security and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, device, approximate location (country or city), referring page (for example, Pinterest) and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the Site secure and understand which content is useful.
  • Cookies. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. See “Cookies” below.

How we use your information

  • To send you the newsletter you signed up for (legal basis: your consent). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To reply to your messages and moderate comments (legitimate interest).
  • To operate, secure and back up the Site, and to block spam and malicious traffic (legitimate interest).
  • To measure traffic and understand which articles and products are popular with our readers (your consent, where required).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. and installed through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on page, device type, approximate location and traffic source). Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. These cookies are only set if you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and opt out of Google Analytics across sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We group them as follows:

  • Functional (always on): needed for the Site to work, for example to remember your cookie choices (Complianz cookies such as cmplz_*) and to keep logged-in users secure (WordPress and Wordfence cookies, set only for site administrators and commenters).
  • Statistics (with consent): Google Analytics cookies used to measure traffic, described above.
  • Affiliate and third-party cookies: when you click an affiliate link and leave our Site, the merchant (for example, Creative Fabrica) may set its own cookies on its website to credit us for a purchase. Those cookies are controlled by the merchant and covered by its privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage consent” option on the Site, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. A detailed, automatically updated list of cookies is available in our Cookie Policy.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links. When you leave our Site, the privacy policy of that website applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites. Read more in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the Site. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us:

  • Hostinger – web hosting and server logs.
  • Google (Site Kit, Google Analytics 4) – website analytics.
  • Newsletter and form tools (WPForms, Hostinger Reach) – collecting and sending the newsletter you subscribe to.
  • Wordfence – security and firewall; processes IP addresses to block malicious traffic.
  • Antispam Bee – comment spam filtering, performed on our own server.
  • UpdraftPlus – website backups, which may contain comments and subscriber data.

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Embedded content

Articles may include images loaded from partner websites (for example, product images from Creative Fabrica) or other embedded content. Loading this content may share your IP address and browser information with the website it comes from.

How long we keep your data

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Comments: kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically.
  • Contact form messages: only as long as needed to respond.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
  • Security logs and backups: for a limited period, then overwritten.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU/UK under the GDPR or in California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new tools or partners. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
